Once the product has been received by us at the fulfilment centre, the product costs will be refunded back to your original payment method within 14 days.

On receipt of your product back to our fulfilment centre, the product costs will be refunded in full back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that neither shipping costs nor the costs incurred to return your item to us will be refunded or covered. Duties, taxes and other customs fees are also non-refundable.
