SHIPPING

 

All orders are dispatched same day when an order is placed before 12pm GMT.

 

Shipping costs are displayed at the final stage of the checkout process in GBP (£). You will be billed in your local currency, converted by your payment provider.

 

Where products are shipped internationally, it is possible that they may be held for some time by customs. This can cause unforeseen delays and add to the advised shipping times. 

 

Any import tax applied to your delivery is changed by your country of residence and is your sole responsibility to pay. 

 

Shipping costs will vary depending on destination and are displayed below.

 

All 'standard' options do not provide a tracking number. All 'priority' options are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

RETURNS

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, including in the original packaging. 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error will not be refunded. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item has arrived damaged or missing parts, due to our error.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

 

Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@plump-it.com.

 

Depending on the period of time between the initial transactions and the refund being processed, your bank may issue a reversal, rather than a refund. This will result in the initial charge being removed, rather than a refund being shown. 


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or damaged, please send us an email at support@plump-it.com with photographic evidence and the team will be happy to help.

 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
