How do I start a new subscription?

Setting up your subscription is easy! Just shop as normal, and when adding an item to your shopping cart, select "subscribe & save" and choose your delivery frequency. Click add to cart and check out as normal, we’ll handle the rest!

Can I use a discount or promo code against a subscription?

No, subscriptions can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promo codes. However, 25% off is automatically applied to your subscription order.
Is there a minimum commitment for a subscription?

Yes, all our subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this point, if you'd like to cancel, please email support@plump-it.com.
Can I change my subscription payment method?

If you need to update your payement method for your subscription, please email support@plump-it.com.

Can I update my delivery address?

Sure thing, if you need to update your delivery address just drop an email to support@plump-it.com.

Can I subscribe to multiple items at once?

Of course! As long as select ‘subscribe & save’ whilst adding to cart you will be able to subscribe to as many products as you’d like.

Check out as normal. Your first order will be sent out to you in accordance to our standard delivery times
